McKenzie started dancing at the age of seven years old. Initially, she studied hip-hop dance only. However at the age of eight, she expanded her dance education by taking classes in jazz, lyrical and ballet. In 2013, McKenzie debuted on the hit television show Dance Moms as a dancer for Candy Apples. Together with her brother, she filmed multiple episodes of the show. She's thankful for this opportunity that took her all over the country and allowed her to meet people and visit places she would not have otherwise. In 2016, McKenzie was selected to compete on Ellen DeGeneres' "Twitch and Allison's Dance Challenge." She is grateful for the opportunity to learn from such great mentors. Currently, McKenzie is focusing on her ballet training. She trains seven days a week. In her spare time, McKenzie likes to swim, make VLOGS for her YouTube channel and just hanging out with her friends. Fun fact: McKenzie has two different colored eyes - one is brown the other is black.
