Alexia Meyer grew up in Orem, Utah where she trained at The Dance Club. Ever since she was little she has absolutely loved traveling for dance. When she was 13 years old, she was able to live in Nashville for 2 months, performing as Clara in the Radio City Christmas Spectacular. In the 2002 Olympics, she performed nightly at the medal ceremonies as the Child of Light. Since then, she has toured with New York City Dance Alliance in 2012 as their National Sr. Outstanding Dancer. Most recently, she was a contestant on “So You Think You Can Dance” Season 12 and had the incredible experience of touring with the top 10 of SYTYCD for 3 months across the U.S. and Canada. FUN FACT: Something that people wouldn’t know about Alexia is that her favorite animal is a giraffe. Although she’ll probably remain 5 feet for the rest of her life, they are her inspiration to be tall someday!
